1 General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the 9b99 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the 9b99 website, registering, or using any service, you fully accept all terms of this Agreement.
9b99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use the services on 9b99, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registering on behalf of a minor or giving a minor access to the platform is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account cancellation and all deposited amounts may be forfeited.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount on 9b99 via any payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process, though this time may increase if a security review is required.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- The account must be fully verified to claim a bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Each promotion will have a specific validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 9b99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless specifically stated.
4.3 VIP Program
The 9b99 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tiers are elevated based on consistent play and platform participation. Cashback is automatically credited to the account every Monday.
5 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
5.1 List of Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9b99 platform:
- Playing games using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence
- Colluding with other players to influence outcomes
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
- Operating an account under a false identity or another person's identity
- Accessing the platform via VPN from outside the permitted geographic region
5.2 Consequences of Violations
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities gives 9b99 the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Outcomes
All games on 9b99 are operated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes. No external interference in game results is possible.
6.2 Bet Cancellation and Dispute Resolution
If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 9b99 reserves the right to cancel the bet for that round and return it to the account. If there is a dispute regarding a game outcome, contact the support team within 48 hours. The decision of 9b99 shall be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting
The rules stated on the specific game page apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with 9b99's refund policy.
7 Account Security and Privacy
7.1 Password and Access Responsibility
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your account login details with anyone. If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited. Each account is for personal use only.
7.2 Protection of Personal Information

8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. If your verified balance is above the minimum withdrawal limit before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it.
8.2 Account Suspension by 9b99
9b99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or a security risk. If you wish to object to this decision, submit an appeal to the support team.
8.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account will be marked as inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months. A maintenance charge may apply to the balance of an inactive account. Contact the support team to reactivate the account.
9 Limitation of Liability
9b99 will not be liable under any circumstances for lost profits, incidental or indirect damages. 9b99 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues on the platform, server outages or internet connection disruptions.
Full responsibility for financial losses arising from gaming activity lies with the member. 9b99 is an entertainment platform; gaming should not be considered a source of income.
9b99 is not directly responsible for software errors by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe); however, mediation on behalf of the member will be attempted.

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 9b99 and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this Agreement.

On any question regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, the decision of 9b99 shall be considered final.
